About MikroMasch
For 15 years MikroMasch was one of the key developers and manufacturers of probes and test samples for the Atomic Force Microscopy market. We participated in many R&D works in physics, chemistry, biology, material science and other scopes by developing and producing special and unique research tools.
The strategy we draw from the AFM is to produce for scientists and to develop together with scientists. This way, we get ideas for new products and applications generated together with our customers.
We treat all our customers as our potential partners in R&D and new business projects.
In 2011 MikroMasch invested to Li-Air Battery technology. This brought a lot of experience and developed new networks within the electro-chemical, Li-battery consumer and component producers.
As the result, in 2012 MikroMasch developed the Battery Test Cells technology, offering sealed electrochemical cells for testing Li-ion and Li-air systems. The cells have a robust design suitable for multiple reuses and high degree of control over the electrochemical process. These cells are now in product portfolio of MikroMasch, which allows using them for own research, rather than offering them to any interested in it.
Since electro-chemical directions is a strategically important for MikroMasch.
The main focuse is production and R&D of components for Li and post Li batteries, such as ioniq liquids and anode materials, as well as satisfaction of any emereging technology needs for such materials.
